Please complete Toolkit Exercise 7.3 on p. 252 of your textbook before addressing the second question below.

Please reflect on an instance where you were on the receiving end of organizational change. What was your initial reaction to the change? Explain why. If your attitudes toward the change initiative changed over time, discuss why? What did the change leader do to perhaps facilitate that change? What did you do to facilitate that change? How might other internal stakeholders influence your response to that change?
