You might want to demonstrate your public organization following this format:

1. Background of the organization (Missions, Goals, and Strategies etc.) – No more than a half page

2. Brief description of the current organizational context (your evaluation on the efficiency or effectiveness of your organization, your arguments on the organization staying in the public sector, characteristics of the organization in comparison of entities in the private sector etc.); You probably find those in your previous discussions) – No more than a half page

3. Analysis – No more than 3 page

1) Analyze three (3) of the most critical circumstances or problems within the organization, regarding individuals, organization, environment, organizational structure, decision-making process, leadership, motivation, and organizational culture etc.)

2) Based on your analysis, specify how these circumstances or conditions might impact managing and operating the organization

3) Identify the organization’s most substantial strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats as a public organization.

4. Conclusion and Discussion – No more than 1 page

: Formulate which strategies or managerial skills will improve the organization or make it better. Also, please suggest any potential solutions to deal with critical issues the organization facing using concepts and terms from this class.

5. Reference (; Applying APA style to make a reference)

 

 

Maximum 5 pages in length (12-point font, 1-inch margins, double-spaced). Be advised that a reference page is not counted in the length of this project.
