Home, school, and work are places where we all spend a significant amount of time, and as such, they have the potential to have a positive or a negative impact on our happiness and sense of well-being. For this assessment, you will choose a particular setting and explain how positive psychology principles and concepts can be applied to that setting in order to improve it.

For this assessment, you apply principles of positive psychology to a setting of your choice. It is helpful to choose a setting for which you have a personal or professional interest. Your interest will strengthen the relevance of this assessment for you.

If you aren’t familiar with the library, the “Finding Articles” section of the Psychology Research Guide is a great place to start your search. You are required to include a minimum of 3 properly cited professional resources (such as a textbook and peer-reviewed scholarly journal articles from the Capella library).

Organize your paper, using the following headings to ensure that you address each element of the assessment.
