Refer to pages 653-654 for details on this exercise. You will create a memo that addresses several questions. You will also be creating Gantt charts using MS Project as part of this activity. All information is found on Tables A2.10 and A2.11 on p. 653 of Project Management: The Managerial Process. Prepare a memo that addresses the following questions: 1. Which, if any, of the resources are over-allocated? 2. Assume that the project is time constrained and try to resolve any over-allocation problems by leveling within slack. What happens? 3.
